For UK managed IT providers and recruitment agencies
Meetings with the people who buy. You only pay when they happen.
Shaw Introductions runs your outbound for you. We find the decision-makers, write and send the emails, handle the replies, and put qualified meetings in your diary. You pay £250 for each one that takes place. Nothing up front.
Who we work with
We focus on two kinds of business where one new client is worth thousands of pounds a year, so a paid meeting makes sense from the first one.
Managed IT providers
MSPs who want more conversations with owners, operations directors and finance leads at SMEs that are ready to review their IT support, security or cloud set-up.
Recruitment agencies
Agencies who want more conversations with hiring managers and HR leads at companies with live or upcoming roles in the sectors they place for.
How it works
You keep running your business. We do the prospecting work that usually gets pushed to the bottom of the list.
Agree your ideal client
A short call to pin down the sectors, company sizes, locations and job titles you want, and what a good meeting looks like for you.
We build and run the outreach
We research a list of named decision-makers, write plain, personal emails, and send them from our own domain. Your brand and inbox stay untouched.
Meetings land in your diary
When a prospect is interested, we qualify them and book the call with you. You turn up and do what you do best.
Simple pricing
We take the risk at the start. You only pay for results, and you can stop at any time.
Pay per meeting
- Nothing to pay up front, no set-up fee
- Capped at 10 meetings in your first month
- You are only billed for meetings that take place
- No-shows and poor fits are not charged
- No contract term. Stop whenever you like
What counts as qualified
A meeting counts when the person you meet:
- holds a role you agreed in advance, such as owner, director or hiring manager
- works at a business that matches your agreed criteria
- turns up to the call
If it works well, after three or four weeks we can agree a monthly arrangement that suits you better. That is your choice, not a condition.
Questions
Why not charge a monthly retainer like other agencies?
Because you have no reason to trust a new supplier yet. Paying per meeting means we only earn when you get something of value, and you can judge the quality before committing to anything more.
Do you send emails from my domain?
No. We send from Shaw Introductions, introducing your business. Your own domain and inbox reputation are never put at risk.
Who will you contact on my behalf?
Only businesses and job titles you have approved. You can see and sign off the target list and the email wording before anything goes out.
Is this compliant with UK data rules?
We contact people at their work addresses about services relevant to their role, under legitimate interest. Every email makes it easy to opt out, and anyone who does is removed straight away.
What happens if a meeting is a poor fit?
If the person does not match the criteria we agreed, or does not show up, you are not charged for it.
How quickly will I see meetings?
Outreach usually starts within a week of our first call. Replies take time to build, so we will be honest with you about progress each week.
